Where is our data stored?
Learnpeer is GDPR-compliant. Servers are located in Germany, and the AI is hosted in the EU.
Can we bring our existing courses?
Yes. Learnpeer imports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI. You can export courses again at any time. Your content stays yours.
How does billing work?
Redeemed licenses are invoiced at the end of each month. No credit card needed. For dropouts or late starts, licenses can be paused and reassigned, and the term starts on entry.
Do coaches see everything admins see?
No. With roles and permissions you decide who sees what. Coaches and instructors, for example, see their groups' progress without full admin rights.
How do learners sign in?
Via magic link, Google, Apple or Microsoft. On first login, a quick guide walks them through courses, licenses and account. Everything runs in the browser, no installation.
Are the certificates valid as proof for AZAV?
Certificates are created automatically on completion and carry a verification code. That makes them usable as proof for AZAV-certified programs.
How long does the rollout take?
Kick-off and setup take weeks 1 to 2, migration weeks 2 to 4, the pilot weeks 5 to 8. From week 9 you roll out to all programs, supported by our onboarding team and coach training.
